Great food. Not your average selection. Definitely recommend! We really liked the ribs and tamarind tofu.

Amazing food! Great service. 100% recommend. The food was HOT - temperature wise. The fries were delicious! And the steak salad was awesome too.

Had lunch the other day. I had the "Bored Chow Fun with pork". The dish was excellent; perfectly seasoned. There was enough to take some home for dinner. Like every one else, my only criticism is slow service. I wouldn't go there on a 1 hour lunch break. I will go back to try the dinner menu. Especially the ribs.

It should be no surprise that the owners of Da Nang food truck nailed it with Same Same. I had the pleasure of going here during brunch. The menu is incredibly unique and has just enough variety but not so much that you're overwhelmed by the choices. I went with two friends and we all enjoyed our dishes. I ordered the duck confit congee and requested an extra egg. Talk about a comfort meal! Filling, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It came with a side of grilled bread as well--love tasting the smokiness of a grill. The outside is deceiving as it's in a pretty run of the mill strip mall but the restaurant itself is bright, vibrant, and full of colorful art. Would definitely recommend this place and I'm excited to come back to try their dinner menu!

After our Ginger Scallion lunch, we went back for dinner and took our brother and sister in law. It was even better. I had the sweet and sour pork chop and it was perfectly cooked and perfectly spiced. My wife had the Laksa soup and enjoyed the remainder for lunch the next day. My brother in law had the fried rice and loved it. My sister in law had the ribs (I almost did that because we had heard so much about them). She thought they were incredible. The meat just fell off the bones. Yup, we're going back again.

Every dish I tried was delicious. My favorite were the ribs, they were so soft and the perfect mix of savory with a bit of sweet. The sando was perfect and the fries paired well. I usually am not a big fan of fried rice, however, this dish was very good and the green onion and beans balanced it out well. Finally, the vegan laksa hits the soul with very flavorful notes. Ambiance was nice, could be casual or a nice date night. There was only one server, so please be patient, but she was awesome! Will be coming back to share the experience!

OK, this was parent's weekend at UO and reservations were hard to come by, so we found Same Same a bit off the beaten path. We were dubious since many restaurants are overwhelmed this time of year, but we were more than pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff, and most importantly the quality of the food! Everyone enjoyed their entrees and we really liked the ambiance - will be back to try again next time we're in the Eug visiting our Duck. Thanks!

Solid good food. Henny Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone tender with sweet slightly tangy glaze. Excellent smoke coming through. It's everything you want in a rib. The highlight was the slaw and the pickles, such a perfect accompaniment. Chicken and waffles - very creative spin on the traditional with cornmeal breaded fried chicken and a pandan flavored waffle. The pandan was not perceptible except for the green coloring and the fried chicken was very basic (no special spices). The fish syrup was very fishy - which should had been expected I guess - but could had been toned down a smidge for the sake of the waffle. It was a solid tasty dish, just didn't have the "WOW" I was hoping for. Funky fried rice - kid-approved! Extremely generous portion of tofu and super yummy fried egg on top. Loved the space! Clean and fresh. Attentive and helpful staff was a plus. Hope they have that hamachi special we've heard people rave about next time we go!

A mix of unique dishes and traditional ones. The pork chop was interesting - the "sweet & sour" sauce was blueberry-based rather than the Chinese red sauce that you might expect. However, the fish sandwich and fried rice weren't as unique tasting as they sounded (though still tasty!). Everything was cooked & presented well. The restaurant sign is kind of dark, though, so it's easy to miss from the outside if you don't know what you're looking for.
